Approve the audit plan and monitor the auditing process; Develop Quality, Environment, Health and Safety improvement plan and operational KPI according to business target and review the implementation periodically; Monitor site service and customer complaint handling process to ensure the complaint solved. Analyze complaint data, improve and optimize internal process, promote the continuous improvement on quality. Solve major complaint in person; Review the KPI of incoming quality inspection and finished products quality inspection and guide for improvement plan; Conduct suppliers audit together with supply department and develop improvement plan; Monitor the process quality control, especially for quality deviation and non-conform products; Train and develop subordinates; Allocate resources according to department target. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree with engineering background; 5-8 years quality management experience in manufacturing environment; 3+ years experience at a managerial level; Good communication skill; Familiar with quality improvement tools and EHS knowledge; Strong leadership.
