Develop and maintain supplier management tools and working flows according to business needs; Establish employees training and development plan with involvement of GM and HR; Select and assign proper sourcing engineers to each sourcing project; Motivate and retain key staffs. Job Requirements: Engineering or business management related bachelor’s degree; Knowledge of power products; 3 years of supply chain management experience with at least 1 year at the supervisory and above capacity; Sound analytical, judgement, and action capability; Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
