Reports to the IEPG manager of Megtec System Shanghai (or insert Platform Team leader). 2. Establish best practice Manufacturing and Engineering methodologies and work with/train supply base to implement. 3. Maintain Engineering up to date drawings and records for all sourced products and components. 4. Maintain Bills of Material for all sourced products. 5. Maintain Change Control Documentation based on worldwide standards. 6. Train and participate in Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping. 7. Establish standardized work and methods for our supply base ( or MEGTEC Systems Shop Floor). 8. Maintain production schedule and meet agreed upon customer ship dates. 9. Establish standard Supplier Quality plan in conjunction with Purchasing and Manufacturing teams. 10. Work with the American Project and Engineering team to establish and maintain standard procedures. 11. Work in line with Shanghai ISO certification requirements. 12. Work with the Manufacturing teams on project management, maintaining low warranty rates and other items to improve efficiency as directed by management. Job Requirements: 1. At least three years hand-on experience on Steel Fabrication / Assembly / Welding / Paining, etc. 2. Fabrication shop management, material control, planning. 3. Detailed overview of production engineering processes, manufacturing systems, project-scheduling, ISO quality systems, paint systems. 4. Knowledge of sheet metal technology and sheet metal fabrication processes. 5. Experience of working on site. 6. Knowledge on Quality Assurance. 7. Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint&MS Project. 8. Knowledge of Inspection techniques. 9. Hands-on working knowledge of AutoCAD. 10. English language skills both verbal and written. 11. Candidate should communicate and generate documents and instructions. 12.
