Manage daily production and on-time delivery; 管理日常生产和及时发货 2. Supervise the work of clerical and staff, monitor the workload and work rate; 管理员工工作，平衡工作量和工作速度。 3. Ensure and manage a competitive staff and train subordinates; 维护和管理有竞争力的工作团队，培训下属 4 Ensure effective operation of an assigned area of manufacturing to meet established schedules and production requirements while maintaining cost; 确保本生产单位的运作效率达到设定的计划、生产要求和成本。 5. To coordinate the maintenance activities to make sure the efficiency of production facilities; 协调设备维护保养工作，以确保生产设备效率 6. Apply purchasing requirement for material used for production; 准备有关生产材料的采购申请 7. Take responsibilities to safety and environment protection within machine site; 负责工作区域的安全和环境保护工作 8. Make sure to keep products meet required quality 确保生产产品符合质量要求 9.
