Among the various Human Resource functions, the job holder would support couple of below areas: * Hiring * Retention * Compensation&Benefits administration * Welfare Management (include transport, dormitories, canteen, laundry etc) * Employee Relations * Succession Planning * Learning&Development * Sustainable Excellence * General Admin such as reception, etc JOB REQUIREMENT - Degree holder - > = 2 year working experience - Fluent written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills - Open-minded,team spirit, can perform under pressure ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
