职位类别: 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点: 上海 发布日期: 2008-07-10 工作经验: 5-10年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 否 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 若干 职位描述/要求: Responsibilities: l Technical Support: Lead the team to provide IT services to all users in their respective locations. ü Consult with users, management, vendors and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements that enhance CSS ability to better serve clients. ü Evaluate the Firm’s technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades that enhance productivity. ü Design service delivery mechanisms to ensure prompt and professional troubleshooting. ü Manage, maintain and enhance GC Office infrastructure including all servers, voice/data telecommunications services&equipment and network operating systems. ü Develop and articulate appropriate IT service lines. ü Ensure compliance with Firm-wide IT standards and security policies. l Personnel&Administrative: ü Manage staffing and recruit new team members as required. ü Coach and lead IT team members across four GCO locations; conduct annual performance reviews, organize training and help team members to develop professionally. ü Direct daily operational processes, analyze workflow, establish priorities, develop/maintain standards and set deadlines. ü Develop and control operational budget and expenditures, and monitor these against Firm guidelines. ü Develop, maintain and manage supplier and vendor relationships required to serve the offices. l Project Management: ü Develop proposals as necessary for upgrading existing systems and developing new systems, and follow through the development and implementation as required ü Roll out the Firm-wide IT projects in GCO ü Ensure consistent documentation of all software development and technical projects. ü Oversee maintenance of software licenses, asset/inventory management. ü Other responsibilities: ü Participate in Firm-wide IT initiatives and development as appropriate. ü Stay abreast of advances in computing technology. Requirements: l College or equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or engineering from a reputable institution. l Prefer eight to ten years of relevant IT experience with more than five years in a managerial/leadership position. l Proficient technical knowledge and experience in the areas of: workstations (Windows 2000/Office 2000), network operating systems (Novell Netware), communications technologies, and Lotus Notes and Internet infrastructure support. l Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin Chinese. l Very strong written and verbal communication including the ability to make presentations to senior managers and Firm leaders. l Demonstrate strong problem solving skills and tolerance for ambiguity. l Strong team leadership and change management ability coupled with strong people skills. l Exhibit critical thinking, i.e. use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to problems. l Demonstrate high service orientation, i.e., ability to provide exceptional service to internal customers. l The manager will be required to travel when necessary to offices under his/her supervision (approximately 50%). l Preferably, the manager should be based in Shanghai , while Beijing and Hong Kong are both possible. 联系方式: 请符合要求并有意向者将简历发送至 wubb@1525.sh.cn ,期待与您进一步交流,谢谢关注! .
