Due to increased volumes of business and business expansion a new position now exists for a Creative Design Manager/Director. Leading a team of 15-20 staff you will lead the design division across all product categories from homewares to personal care products. You will ensure design work is completed on time and provide direction and creative input to the team. With an understanding of both US and EU trends you will impart your knowledge and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes. The Successful Applicant To qualify you will have a strong design background for largely hardline product categories and related softline products such as home furnishings. With confidence you will manage a sizeable team and have experience in the training and development of staff. A creative individual you will have the ability to work within a high pressured, high volume environment and work to strict work deadlines. What"s On Offer Newly created position.
