They also build strong relationships with senior executives and subject matter experts inside and outside of IBM. Some of the primary audiences this community serves include all employees, managers, client-facing employees, technical employees and remote/client-based employees. This profession covers Internal Communications, Executive Communications, Client Value and Success Communications, Strategic Communications and Event Management. Excellent skill in message development both in English and Chinese. Excellent skill in communications program design and management. Relative experiences in in-house corporate communications, or internal and executive communications are preferable. Basic knowledge on new media, for example, web media, blog, wiki, intranet, is preferable Excellent people and communications skill. Must be self-motivated, passionate and with creative thinking.
