Ensure local employees have the competency to meet the Company goals and evolutions by implementing specific training actions. RESPONSIBILITY AND SCOPE 1. Identify the learning needs together with department managers, Career Manager/Site SP manager and Sales school. 2. Translate these needs into an Annual Site Training Plan comprising of both individual and collective training plans for general, management and métier competencies. 3. Propose efficient solutions to meet the needs and guarantee the transfer of skills and knowledge through appropriate evaluation methods. 4. Implement the Annual training calendar together with key stakeholders. 5. Ensure training systems and processes are in place for planning, organizing, and managing all training programs for the site or entity. 6. Ensure local / Groupe legal and reporting requirements are respected. 7. Evaluate the training solution to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous progress. 8. Deliver some of the training programs/solution, where appropriate. REQUIREMENTS: At least 5 years Experienced in training in multinational company for various functions Bachelor Degree or above, Fluent English in both written and oral Professional manner and skill in courses delivery Good communication and interpersonal skill, Passionate about people issues, open-minded Familiar with related vendors Process and result oriented and team player Ability to handle tasks independently under pressure Must have related experience for working with sales and marketing team Willing to travel on a frequent basis within China Related managerial experience 联系方式: .
