Setting up of the machine, weighing of raw materials, washing, sampling, packaging, labeling, storage of semi-finished and finished products and cleaning of equipment after the trials. Uses the Remis system for trials retrieval and keying of data for the trial, like amount and type of raw materials used as well as trial data such as temperature, time, pH, moisture, etc. Does simple analysis such as pH, moisture, Aw etc. GMP, 5S, SHE, QMS practices in PAL General maintenance of PAL equipment and facilities as and when required. Assist in setting up office furniture and other miscellaneous works as and when needed. Requirements Technical college certificate in food processing engineering or high school certificate.
