职位描述(Job Descriptions)： －Reports to the Assembly and Test Manager or / Chief Supervisor; －He coaches assembly operators in his shift; －Responsible for the follow up of technical training for the operators; －Responsible for the continuity of the work, according to the work organisation/planning; －Acts as the first contact person for all technical issues in a work cell during his shift; －Gives his input with regards to the optimisation of the working processes, working methods and means; －Ensures the quality of the work output in his shift; －Optimisation of the functioning of the shift; －He takes care of the execution of the maintenance activities during his shift based on a planning established by the maintenance department; －Starting from his technical expertise, the shift forman gives input for possible process optimisations; －Ensures the safety and environmental policies are strictly adhered to. 职位要求(Job Requirements)： －Diploma in mechanical engineering or related; －4+ years line management experiences in mechanical assembly field; －Experience in working in a western multinational manufacturing environment; －Knowledge and practices of assembly of heavy machines; －Basic English communication skills are required; －Skills of Skills of communication, initiative, innovation, planning&organizing, analytic thinking, problem solving, quality and coaching; －Able to take shift. .
