职位描述(Job Descriptions)： －Report to the Assembly and Test Manager; Coaches (technology wise) first line management and operators; －Responsible to implement the processes defined and prescribed by the product developers as well as to execute smaller projects within the assembly and test field; －These projects concern mainly the optimisation of the assembly&test process / area, and the establishment of new assembly lines / cells to cope with volume increases or the introduction of a new product line; －Gives technical support to the shop floor; －Mainly functions include: work preparation, optimization of assembly and test processes, training of personnel; －Optimising material means by Lean Manufacturing; －Control and optimising processes by Lean Manufacturing; －Guarantees quality in the work preparation and the process&methods engineering; －Organises in close consultation with the maintenance department the maintenance planning of the equipment in his/her department and integrates maintenance activities in the working instructions; －Responsible for the integration of safety and environmental regulations and practises in the work preparation and in the working instructions. 职位要求(Job Requirements)： －At least Bachelor degree in Engineering; －4+ years process / methodology experiences in Assembly and/or Testing in mechanical field; －Experience in working in a Western multinational manufacturing; －Knowledge of lean manufacturing; －Good command of English; －Skills of communication, initiative, innovation, planning&organizing, analytic thinking, problem solving, quality and coaching. .
