Your job responsibilities will cover: Define overall testing strategy for broad areas of features and formulates test strategy based on product architecture. Take hands-on job covering different facets of testing such as Functional, Performance, Security, Load/Stress etc. Develop technical and architectural specification for automation harnesses or tools; implement automation and build test frameworks to further quality of the product. Produce defect reports that rigorously quantify the problem to a high degree of reproducibility. Participate in root cause analysis for defects and provides process improvement suggestions to eliminate future occurrences of similar defects. High level&detailed design of test applications. Expand customer knowledge and contact and applies learning’s to owned functions. Ability to lead the test design and planning for moderate to complex features with minimal supervision. Greater influence and mentoring for junior team members. Confidently communicate and collaborates with engineering on technical issues. Requirement on Education/Experience/Skills Minimum Master with 2+ years professional software quality/development experience or equivalent experience. skills (must have) Grasps the concepts and tools necessary to maintain and create automation systems with programming skills/experiences. (must have) Understands how to design test cases to minimize the need for manual analysis of test output. (must have) Be highly responsible and proactive. Be passionate in Desktop Publishing Software and pursue high performance skills consistently. (must have) Experience of using and developing desktop publishing, word processing or graphics software.
