Strong service orientation. In July the owners of Aqua will open their first operation in Mainland China in the famous Legation Quarter in Beijing. Legation Quarter is a project of Handel Lee, the brain behind Three On The Bund in Shanghai. Legation Quarter on the site of the old US Embassy built in 1904 just a stone’s throw from Tiananmen Square will be turned into an entertainment complex housing some of the best restaurants and clubs from around the world.
