职位类别: 建筑/房地产/装修/物业 工作地点: 北京 发布日期: 2008-06-07 工作经验: 不限 最低学历: 不限 管理经验: 否 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 若干 职位描述/要求: Responsibilities Main duties and responsibilities are: Manage the activities of the FEED / Technology Projects group which includes Project Managers, Engineering Managers and BU discipline Specialists including: Allocation of the PM, EM and Specialist resources to projects Coordination with the Manager, Process for allocation of required process engineering resources to projects for which the BU is responsible Coordination with the other BU and Location Managers to obtain allocation of resources to FEED and Technology projects Manage the development of the FEED / Technology group through an anticipated next few years of rapid growth Identify and recruit the personnel resources needed in accordance with the overall FEED / Technology Department development plan Work with the Manager Process, Manager M and VP technology to ensure balance in the skills base and location of recruited personnel Operate through HR and own/other sources for identification of candidates and comply with corporate and HR recruitment policies Contribute to the business development activities of the FEED / Technology Department through identification of prospects, Client Relationship development, contribution to tender preparation, Client presentations and coordination with corporate BD Contribute, with other key members of the department, to lifting the external profile of MaisonWorleyParsons as an excellent, international standard provider of FEED / pre-FEED and technology support services Working with the VP Technology, establish a formalised set of procedures for the execution of FEED and pre-FEED projects, utilising, adding to and tailoring procedures available within the WorleyParsons EMS and WPMP systems Take-over work on the FEED and pre-FEED work package definitions, deliverables lists and document content Formalise procedures to be used In the major work packages Hold and chair monthly project review meetings for FEED / Technology projects with the Project Managers Review project manager’s weekly reports and maintain a current understanding of the status of all projects Support the project managers and specialists in resolution of key issues areas of projects Provide a monthly report on activities and projects to the VP Technology and attend monthly FEED / Technology Department review meetings Review key issues activities with the VP Technology on a weekly and more frequent basis as required Set KPI’s for staff within the FEED / Technology Projects group and undertake formal performance appraisals in compliance with corporate HR processes Assist the VP technology in setting budgets for the Department by preparing manpower requirement forecasts against the Department prospects list and development plan and proposing associated budget for discussion Required Qualifications and Experience Tertiary and postgraduate qualifications in Chemical Engineering, Chemicals Technology or similar. Postgraduate qualifications may be in business (MBA) or further engineering. Fluent in Mandarin and English, spoken and written. Minimum 20 years experience in relevant roles including management of process plant design teams at Process group, Engineering Manager and Project Manager levels. A strong understanding of the engineering design tools, engineering and project management procedures and project control processes. A strong understanding of the development of cost estimates associated with early engineering. Preferably will have managed FEED engineering and pre-FEED and conceptual study work on multiple previous occasions. Extensive industry experience supporting management capability for projects in a range of process technology sectors. International experience consistent with undertaking projects for China execution, overseas locations and combined FEED execution (workshare) with overseas WorleyParsons offices. Demonstrated skill in the management of multi-discipline engineering and technology focussed groups. Demonstrated performance in developing an engineering team in terms of growth in team numbers, depth of skills and development of individuals. Proven performance with a significant level of budget and KPI responsibility. Demonstrated ability to manage a business unit where its work is interrelated with that of other departments in a large organisation. Familiarity with international standards and practise in engineering design and project management and with working for Western Clients in their China based projects. Able to work and interact comfortably with Client and MWP senior management personnel, Government representatives and industry technical experts and management e.g. from CDIs. Able to think strategically about the objectives for the FEED / Technology Projects unit, identify opportunities for growth, see his/her unit in the context of the overall Department and contribute to delivery of its growth objectives.
