ÄÜÊìÁ·Ê¹ÓÃÓ¢Óï Area Sales Manager Main Responsibilities: 1¡¢ Managing sales team in assigned area in favor to promote efficient&cost effective activities and realize annual sales targets; 2¡¢ Supporting Account Managers in their everyday activities to remove obstacles and increase sales; 3¡¢ Providing training and coaching to improve subordinates¡¯ sales skills and capabilities; 4¡¢ Maintaining contacts with key customers. Candidate Requirements: 1¡¢ University degree in HVAC or related majors; 2¡¢ Above 3 years sales team management experience in selling HVAC products through both channels: Business-to-Business and Business-to-Customer; 3¡¢ Good knowledge base of customer networks like designing instates, construction companies, end-users; 4¡¢ Excellent leadership, organizational and communicative skills; 5¡¢ Commendable English writing and speaking ability.
