职位类别: 人力资源 工作地点: 上海 发布日期: 2008-06-27 工作经验: 10年以上 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 是 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 1人 职位描述/要求: 某世界著名制造型企业招聘人事经理 有相关10年以上工作经验 英语熟练 沟通流利 Job Description: Has a direct responsibility in providing HR services such as manpower planning, budgeting, performance management&appraisal, recruitment and selection, compensation&benefits, rewards management, succession planning, learning&development, employee communication&services etc. Fully responsible for headcount planning, recruitment&placement in fulfillment of plant’s manpower needs. Advance planning and projection of headcount changes is essential. Work closely with plant management in formulating and developing strategic HR policies and procedures for respective operations. Conducts regular reviews of HR policies and programs for their relevance and effectiveness Implements and coordinates the implementation of established HR policies at subsidiary level. Works closely with plant management on the development and implementation of HR initiatives such as annual review, promotion exercise, HR audit etc. Acts as HR advisor to provide HR support&services to senior and line management on HR issues. Also where needed, participate in operational meetings, conferences etc. Develops, maintains and implement regularly staff training&development plans. Responsible for all payroll matters and work closely with Finance to ensure it is well managed. Organizes regularly staff activities such as staff conference, , feedback sessions to channel corporate news, development, business plans etc. Updates and provides feedback to management on all staff issues&concerns so as to resolve any potential problems asap.Develops and maintain close rapport with employment agencies, headhunters, HR service providers, consultants, HR network group. Participates in market surveys, understands and be aware of market practices, benchmarking, HR trends etc to ensure that we are well aligned and competitive. Lead and manage the HR teams effectively. Supervises and coaches them towards meeting set standards and goals. As part of HR performance measurement, ensure timely compilation and submission of HR related statistics and indicators, for internal&external benchmarking purposes. Maintains good working relationship with local community and authorities. To plan, coordinate, monitor and execute administration management (e.g. arrange clean, repairs and maintenance, security, hotel, transportation, office supplies, visitors, conference) to meet office needs and employee’s satisfaction. Academic&Personal Qualification: Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years relevant experience. At least 3 years at managerial level preferably from MNC environment. Post graduate degree / diploma in HR management&development or equivalent Incumbent must be familiar with PRC labor&tax practices and legislation; Preferably has specialized training and exposure in HRM/HRD principles, such as competency-based HR management, performance management systems etc. Good management ability and understand well the common HR market trends providers on HR Management&tools Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, and interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written English communication skills ,Project management skills 联系方式: julia.wu@talent-union.com chris.luk@talent-union.com juwu@talent-union.com .
