Propose and implement yearly seed treatment project field trial plan in the co-operation with the marketing, sales teams and third parties. Elaborate the trial protocols&follow up the trial implementation, field surveys, report summary, technical recommendation, label descriptions and technical brochure and conduct relevant training to the sales team and local technicians&partner seed companies. Ensure product registration by correct dose rates&application methods, use pattern in the rational tech-positioning as to achieve the goals of “time to market&time to peak sales” in product development. Contribute to seed treatment business team for BCS China business long-term&short-term plans in the team work with marketing colleagues. Study for innovative solutions or technical packages of seed treatment products or with other products in different application methods. Study for technical supports by adapting BCS technology into local seed treatment method in Seed Company. Requirements: A strong background on plant protection and knowledgeable on agronomy or seed science with diagnosis and control knowledge of seed-born and soil-born diseases, insect pests in China . Good knowledge in various categories of pesticides, seed-born diseases and pests as well as BCS product portfolios and their key technical advantages via the major competitors in the market. Skillful techniques on protocol perfect, trial layout, field data collection, product performance survey, result reviews and technical expertise in seed treatment pesticide technical development, positioning and extension. Plentiful experience in practical disease and pest controls of seed treatments; good ability of data analysis and writing skills for publications and compilations and presentations. Very good capacity in oral and writing expression (English&Chinese) for technical exchanges, presentations and meeting animations… in the professional career, technical and business activities. Team work spirit in conducting information exchanges and in co-action as well as good commercial, financial&confidential conceptions. Innovative and creative working spirits and consistently dedicating the profession and working position.
