Should have experience installing and deploying new applications to the environment. Portal, any of: Portlet development, JSR-168, page flows, WebLogic Portal, WebSphere Portal, Liferay, Jetspeed2. Content Management, any of: Documentum, FatWire, FileNet, Magnolia, Alfresco, HippoCMS, OpenCms, XML Skills: XML Schemas, XSDs, XSL, XPath, writing DOM / SAX parsers, JDOM.
