ְλÀà±ð£º ¿Í»§·þÎñ/¼¼ÊõÖ§³Ö ¼ÆËã»úÈí¡¢Ó²¼þ/»¥ÁªÍø/IT ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ±±¾© ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-06-27 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 3-5Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º Èô¸É ְλÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Responsibility : The main emphasis of the On-Site VIP Specialist is a combination of technical skills and politeness of personality in working at customer environment and following VIP schedules. - Work in a team to give Customer VIP users IT support - Be responsible for incident opening, tracking, updating, closing and reporting. - VIP user profile creation and maintenance - VIP user communication for support need - Follow both company and customer policies Requirements : - At least 3 years experience in IT industry and specifically in an end-user support role. - Bachelor¡¯s Degree at recognized University or Polytechnic and or equivalent experience - Home language must be native German. Excellent oral and writing skills in English. - Be good at handling VIP requirements by accurate judgment from both technical issue point of view and none technical issue point of view to fulfill VIPs urgent requirement. - Firm understanding in working as a VIP Support Specialist in an on-site role and the need for communications back to the central Service Desk/Help Desk. - Good understanding with PC, accessories, printers, digital devices, basic network knowledge. - PC&Notebooks&Normal Software: installations and configurations Network printer installations&configurations - Good knowledge and experience with MS Windows OS including MS Windows 2000 and XP. - In depth knowledge and experience with MS client based software applications (Office, Visio, Project, Access, etc.). - End user support knowledge with MS Windows based user applications (AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, WinZIP, Win RAR&etc). - Ability to be on duty via phone during night, weekend&public holiday ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º Please send resume to: chinahr@t-systems.com .
