Manages and co-ordinates a process SPC of Finishing department to satisfy the company’s requirements 管理和协调整理部的生产工艺参数, 满足公司的产量和质量要求。 2. Has the authority to stop non conform products in Finishing department 有权随时停止整理内部的不合格品。 3. Responsible for Process of finishing with maneuverability and productivity for each article. 确保整理部门生产工艺的机动性和生产效率。 4. Monitor process is matching with Specification in any time and any lots. 随时在线监控生产工艺与工艺单要求是匹配的。 5. Raise process proposal , whenever meets none good process recipe at old article or even if new article 对于整理部门接到的不合理或不可操作的生产工艺单提出改进要求和建议。 6. Fully understand the requirement on finish operation, specification and knowledge concerned with process and quality 清晰的理解整理部门内的相关工艺.质量要点,操作程序及工艺细则 7. Manage process of Finishing in order to achieve the productivity and quality required 对生产工艺负责，确保部门的产量和质量达到目标要求 8. Provide in-line record reports on all problems (quality, equipment) to achieve targets by daily, weekly and monthly. 确保及时准确地在线记录质量及设备等异常问题,并最终确保达到每日,每周和每月的本部门的质量目标值 9. Make recommendations in order to improve efficiency and machine utilization 为确保生产效率和机器利用率而提供合理而有效的建议 Requirements基本要求: Self-motivated and continuous learner, logic thinking 具有上进心和钻研精神, 逻辑性强 5 years or above with technical experience in Finishing, tubular finishing is preferred 5年以上整理部门工作经验，圆筒针织物整理经验优先。 College degree or above, major in D or chemical 染整或化工专业,专科以上学历 Good English, both in reading and written 良好的英语读写能力 Good computer skills (MS Office, etc.) 良好的计算机应用能力(MS OFFICE 等) Problem solving skill 解决问题能力 Ability to work flexible hours 能适应弹性工作时间 5S and H knowledge 5S和健康安全的基本知识 联系方式： . .
