Daily management for dyeing office staff 染色部公务室日常管理。 4. Supervise on site running of dyeing machine and operating 现场监督染机运行状况及工人操作情况。 5. Prepare dyeing machine maintenance plan and arrange to excel it on time, 按时计划和安排染机维护，以达最佳运行效果。 6. To suggest and decide to change or service the machine to make sure production good quality 对设备的保养或更换提出建议并做决定，以确保生产质量。 7. Assign the mechanic tasks and fulfill performance appraisal for subordinates . 给技工分配任务，对属下的工作进行绩效考核。 8. Discuss and suggest the solution to dyeing manager for dairy problem 针对日常生产碰到的难题，与染色部经理商讨并提出解决方案。 9. Prepare monthly dyeing machine spare parts and accessories purchase plan, keep parts in secure and good condition and in well recognized location. 每月提供染机配件采购计划，并妥善保管零配件。 10. Attend the quality meeting, feed back; study and resolve all the dyeing related problem. 参加品质会议并反馈信息；研究解决所有与染色部相关的问题。 11. Training new technical people 培训新入职的技术员。 12. Follow up some projects assigned by department manager 跟进部门经理安排的任务。 Requirements: Dissective and like to work with details, great sense of responsibility, self-motivated and continuous learner 细心,具有极强的责任心，上进心和钻研精神 5 years or above experience in dyeing technical management, working experience at foreign companies is preferred 5年或以上染色技术管理经验, 具有外资企业经验者优先 College degree or above in Dyeing and Finishing or equivalent education. 染整专业专科以上或相当的教育程度 Good English, both in reading and written 良好的英语读写能力 Good computer skills (MS Office, etc.) 良好的计算机应用能力(MS OFFICE 等) Problem solving skill 解决问题能力 Ability to work flexible hours 能适应弹性工作时间 Non-color weakness. 无色弱。 Be master of dyeing theory and production procedures. 掌握染色原理及生产流程。 To be master of character of all kinds of dye. 熟悉各种染料特性。 Has basic chemical knowledge. 具备基本的化工知识。 联系方式： . .
