职位类别： 咨询/顾问 化工 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-06-11 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Major Responsibilities: - Lead and execute process improvement projects in the area of performance monitoring, data analysis / datamining, and process optimization and control for Bayer and external customers - Accessing the process improvement potential in existing and new processes, performing data analysis / datamining, and modeling to identify the root causes for the variability, precisely defining the process improvements, and implementing improvements and monitoring tools to ensure that the implemented solution is sustainable. - Work well with all level of manufacturing organization and the counterparts in BTS Global organization to develop state-of-the-art, sustainable, solutions and best practices Requirements : - MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering - Comprehensive knowledge in assessing process and controller performance using models, data analysis/data mining - Ablility to conduct systematic process data analysis / dataming exercises for a vast and complex process dataset - Ability to make decisions and work independently to develop and implement state-of-the-art solutions into the production workflow - Strong academic, experimental and / or practical background in the design, analysis and evaluation of total processes, i.e, steady-state and dynamic modeling for complex reactors and interacting separation systems - Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively and promptly in English at all levels of the organization.
