ְλÀà±ð£º ¿Í»§·þÎñ/¼¼ÊõÖ§³Ö ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ÉϺ£ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-06-26 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 1-3Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º Èô¸É ְλÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Duties&Responsibilities l Order processing: daily communication with customers for business; handling of sales contracts, purchase orders and sales order; update customer¡¯s forecasts; update computer software l Co-operate with production planner for timely and accurate production planning as well as purchaser for proper raw material planning l Work closely with warehouse and logistic team for on-time-delivery l Documentation and filing: daily documents and customers¡¯ information filing l Accounts receivables collection: follow up accounts collection timely and identify doubtful accounts l Claim handling: support QA dept. to response kinds of request or complaints l Support sales to collect&update customers¡¯ information and joint visiting, if required l Other assigned job Report to: Customer Service Supervisor, Shanghai Qualifications l College or bachelor degree, with major in business, trade and equivalent l Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service, foreign invested company preferred l Good communication skills l Fluent in both writing and verbal English l Good at Office software ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
