They have more than 150 years of materials science and process engineering knowledge. They have around 9 plants in mainland, and over 4,000 staffs in China . Due to rapid expansion, the business requires a Purchasing Manager to be based in Fuzhou . Reporting to the Procurement Manager&Logistics Manager in Shanghai , you will be in charge of countryside sourcing to support production site requirements. You will also be involved in specialty material supplier development in China . The ideal candidate should have a Degree with over 5 years of working experience in China preferably is located in Fuzhou . You should be familiar and comfortable with supply chain management systems in a manufacturing environment, preferably in high-tech. You should have extensive exposure to international suppliers and travel (Asia and North America preferred) Besides solid procurement knowledge, you should have strong communication and negotiation skills.
