职位类别： 其他 工作地点： 深圳 发布日期： 2008-06-25 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Job Responsibility: 1- Management of the HSE activities Implements the site HSE management system according to sanofi-aventis requirements, standards and guidelines, and ISO14001/OHSAS18001 standards Promotes HSE culture in all departments through training and awareness Ensures compliance with local regulatory requirements Manages the PASS (HSE annual action plan) in all departments on behalf of the site manager : site guidelines, department action plans, control and review Manages the HSE risk assessment process (environment, health, safety, biosafety) Organize training according to the results of the HSE risk assessment Ensures that all incidents/accidents/near-misses are investigated and learning from experience shared within the site and within the company Implements an HSE inspection/audit program and follows up corrective actions Ensures that HSE aspects are integrated in early design stages for new projects Implements contractor safety program 2- HSE reporting and communication Reports on safety performance to sanofi pasteur and sanofi-aventis (MSRS, Green) Organizes internal communication on HSE topics : HSE events, newsletter, brochures, posters Organizes external communication with community and local authorities 3- HSE management for the project Detailed Design Phase Act as an interface between Technip Shanghai and sanofi pasteur Corporate HSE Ensures that the HSE project guide is followed and updates the HSE project guide self-evaluation tool Ensures that local and national regulations are complied with, as well as sanofi-aventis and sanofi pasteur standards and guidelines Ensures that HAZOP process safety reviews are well taken into account in the execution phase Proceeds with regular project HSE reviews Construction work Ensures that the Sanofi Pasteur Contractor safety standard is well understood and applied by all actors Works along with engineering to manage the HSE officer activity on-site Conduct HSE inspections on a regular basis and correct any deficiencies Job Requirement: - Bachelor or above Degree in safety or engineering. - Have a minimum of 5-10 years experience including at least 3 years in a managerial position of HSE in an industrial plant. - Fluent in spoken and written English - Good interpersonal skills.
