It is a diversified manufacturer of a wide range of products in many markets and operated in over 70 countries with more than 20 Billion USD business worldwide. Position Responsibilities: l Assessment of current systems and practices in the area of work management, planning and scheduling systems, predictive and preventive maintenance and reliability improvement practices l Analysis and comparison of current practices to industry standard best practices l Development of a plan to transition from current state to improved future state l Implementation of the transition plan, including coaching and counseling of maintenance/production related resources l Performance Measurement of implementation status and Business Objectives l Establishing a continuous improvement plan l Providing a Control Plan to sustain the gains l Closely work with site maintenance group and production group to improve site equipment maintenance competency l Participate in site project team to make sure the right design and implementation during project life from site operation pint view Skill Requirements: l A minimum of Bachelors degree in Mechanical or E Auto Control l A minimum of 5 years experience with plant operations and maintenance l Fluent (oral and written) in English l An understanding of key manufacturing metrics (cycle time, uptime, chemical yield, FPFQY) and their relationship to the Engineering Technologies l A broad understanding of maintenance systems including the Work Management Process, Predictive&Preventive Maintenance, maintenance metrics, computerized maintenance management systems l A broad understanding of reliability systems including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Life Cycle Costing, failure analysis (RCFA), MTBF, and condition based maintenance l Be familiar with management of transformer station, grasp Simens series PLC program, be responsible for improvement of process equipment and safety device l Understand basic Six Sigma knowledge l An ability to analyze and clearly articulate interrelated and complex issues l A good understanding of best practices in engineering technology and manufacturing work processes l Good interpersonal, conflict management and teaching skills. Demonstrated ability to work well with others l Ability to identify, prioritize, and effectively complete critical tasks l Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and email and a willingness to learn other PC based programs 联系方式： .
