职位类别: 销售 工作地点: 上海 发布日期: 2008-06-25 工作经验: 5-10年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 是 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 3人 职位月薪: 20000-30000元/月 职位描述/要求: Position Title: Sr. Account Manager/Sr. Client Manager, Head of Customer Group-Automotive industry Job Function: To lead a customer group and being charge of all customer related subjects of the customer Principal Activities : He/she has to develop new businesses prior to the agreed Sales Plan while sustaining current business. For this he/she has to establish and maintain contact/CRM with OEM customers / Tier 1 suppliers, including engineering, purchasing, SQA and other areas of customer management He/she has to coordinate and to lead the quotation process, to prepare the quotes as well as to negotiate these quotes with the customer according company guidelines He/she has to negotiate, to handle and to push basically all customer related business cases or at least to support other departments in negotiations with the customer. Such matters could among others be the settlement of warranty cases, the collection of overdue payments, an arrangement about delivery quantities, cost tracking, contracts about general terms and conditions, OES prices and conditions, any kind of reimbursements, etc. he/she hast to provide timely communication to OEM customer / Tier 1 suppliers and VA-C, HSE, HCL departments when changes occur which effect customer’s product or business he/she has to take part in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Strategic Plan and is in this regard responsible for car production, volume and sales planning for its customer he/she has to prepare Sales and Marketing related concepts/strategies for management decision he/she will support market research and marketing communication activities by providing market and competition information he/she has to conduct an intensive communication firstly with the Sales Director and VP Sales&Marketing China he has to ensure that all activities are in accordance to the Global Strategy of Company’s Key Account Management in Lippstadt, Company HQ Germ any and in line with their acting Education: He/she should hold a degree of a university either in business administration combined with the understanding of technical matters or in engineering combined with knowledge of business administration matters He/she should have excellent knowledge of MS-Office software About 3-5 years experience in a similar position Vocational experience: Chinese mother-tongue but not necessarily, but Chinese language must be excellent, excellent knowledge in English, additional knowledge of the native language of your customer (if not Chinese) is desirable as well German is favorable, but not necessarily a MUST Organization: Superior: Head of Sales&Marketing Director China N of reporting positions: 5-6 联系方式: Jenny ZHONG job@mcallenhr.com .
