Whether it’s the concept for a new skyscraper, the upgrade of a rail network, the modelling of a flood defence system or the improvement of a management process, we plan, design and enable solutions. In China Mainland company operates large Urban Planning and Architectural consultancies as well as Faithful&Gould which provides project/ cost management services. The principal engineer will take the lead role in coming complicated Architectural projects. 岗位职责： 设计及管理工作 1、整合客户方，分包方以及公司前期、市场、工程其它专业工作并给予专业的指导和支持； 2、负责跟踪审查电/暖通/给排水专业图纸，给出技术评估，与设计方保持紧密合作，保证设计质量和进度； 3、以技术和成本控制主导设计管理工作，做好电/暖通/给排水优化设计； Responsibilities: - Co-ordination the integration of design works and liaison with clients, government authorities, contractors and the design institute; - To provide technical review of electrical/HAVC/P related design documents, technical bid evaluations, and working with the design institute for detailed designs; - Inspection of project site work, project site activities such as erection, quality inspection, and acceptance testing on Shanghai site. 任职资格： 1、给排水或暖通相近专业本科及以上学历，具有中级以上技术职称的优先考虑。 2、熟练使用CAD和OFFICE办公软件。 3、具有丰富的给排水、暖通、空调等专业设计图纸的审核能力，有较强的管线综合能力； 4、熟悉本专业目前的先进技术应用情况； 5、7年左右相关领域工作经验，两年以上大型甲级设计院相关设计经验，同时了解强、弱电的基本原理和设计流程； 6、两年以上房地产公司机电工程师或外资工程公司 M Engineer 工作经验； 7、良好的沟通协调能力，英语良好； 8、身体健康，能够承受较大的工作压力。 The candidates must possess the following: -University Degree or further educational qualification such as P , HAVC or equivalents in a relevant engineering discipline Solid skill in CAD and office software -Minimum 7 years experience in related field (pump and drainage, HAVC, power generation/transmission ); 2 years of working in local design institution; -Wide ranging experience in relevant discipline work practices , techniques and systems and experienced in reviewing and verifying P , HAVC or Electric design; -Knowledgeable in international codes, standards and regulatory requirements -Proficiency in English and Putonghua (both written and spoken ) -Candidates must be mobile, flexible and have a mature and professional approach 联系方式： recruit.hr@atkinsglobal.com .
