Manage and lead the employee services center to ensure a centralized, consistent and efficient delivery of HR related transactional services (i.e. recruitment, payroll and benefit administration, HR data management, relocation, policy administration and etc.) in Xiamen site. 2. Manage and deliver the recruitment services for Xiamen site. a) Establish&maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current&future hiring&business needs. b) Perform searches for qualified candidates accordingly to relevant job criteria, using media, networking, Internet recruiting resources, recruiting firms&internal referrals etc. 3. Any other special projects/tasks as assigned from time to time. Requirements / Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree in English or Human Resources related major preferred. 2. At least 5 years HR experience in manufacturing, particularly with hiring experience for professional&managerial positions. 3. 3 years above supervisory experience in multinational company. 4. Familiar with the whole span of HR transactional services including payroll and benefits administration, time and attendance administration, labor laws, hiring codes, government regulations, agency rules, etc. 5. Strong leadership and communication skills. 6. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. 7. Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English. 8. Well at MS office applications/Lotus Notes.
