Key aim is stimulate incremental revenue growth through delivery of common sales management process, sales coaching skills, tools, and measurements in China (according to AP Sales Program deployment plan for 2006/7). Will deliver through trainings for both sales managers and executives in team and 1-to-1 sessions. Will also monitor progress and partner with Channel Managers, SPD Manager, and Sales Trainers to ensure processes, tools, and coaching skills are embedded in country¡¯s ongoing sales management practices. Includes delivery of key AP Sales Program elements and regularly scheduled reviews and reporting.
