职位描述(Job Descriptions) 5ea This position will work on the modem IC development and verification of 3G/4G communication standards.The main responsibilities are:Undertaking the design and verification tasks on modem IC projectsWorking closely with the algorithm team on TD-SCDMA (LTE), WCDMA, CDMA2000 etc. to support modem IC architecture definition, C reference code development and verification Working closely with the system/application team on silicon validation and the modem IC firmware (driver) developmentTracking standard evolution and building the co-study cooperation with the universities on some potential hot topics in the standard evolution roadmapThe ideal candidate should have the following attributes:3+ years experience in the 3G/4G communication industry, know well the standards and communication principlesGraduate degree in Telecommunication EngineeringBe familiar with IC development process, especially design and verificationStrong technical background in algorithm is preferred In terms of the key competencies and attributes already outlined, the following represent additional key elements:Integrity and trust – with high standards of personal integrity; behaves in accordance with expressed beliefs and commitmentsA disciplined team player; works cooperatively with existing team members with demonstrated strong interpersonal and cross-functional team collaboration skillsQuick learner Good spoken and written English skills fd2 .
