Design and build the SOP and SOM for specified equipments in physical lab; maintain the lab equipments in a good standard and in a safe way. 2. Conduct application tests and experiments for internal/external customers; Provide technical support for research groups, plants and other labs. 3. Ensure laboratory work is completed consistently, accurately and reproducibly to generate data that meets customer requirements. 4. Assure adequate documentation and especially reporting of test results. 5. Provide training for technicians and operators in physical lab. Requirements: 1. Master Degree with strong education background of physical analysis as well as the analyzing instruments such as DSC, TGA, DTA, DMA, UTS, SSA and Rehedogy; 2. Min.1 years in physical and material measurement. 3. Fluent in verbal&written English.
