职位类别： 化工 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 惠州 发布日期： 2008-06-11 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Principal Accountabilities: 1.Plans, coordinates, and supervise or executes cost-effective inspection services to the manufacturing facilities. 2.Ensure compliance to HSE standards and requirements to make the plant a safe place to work in. 3.Develop inspection and monitoring program that could predict equipment degradation. 4.Assist in the Risk Based Inspection studies to detect or locate potential failure due to material degradation and/or corrosion and implement timely preventive measures. 5.Assist in failure analyses in order to find out the root causes and avoid recurrence of failure. 6.Organize and coordinate inspection activities related to statutory equipment and ensure they are duly completed. 7.Plan and provide inspection supports for activities that are shutdown related or for general maintenance when required. To determine inspection needs to ascertain the condition of plant to ensure continued integrity. 8.Coordinate or provide NDT services to ensure cost effective and quality test results. Competencies Required: 1.Good knowledge in inspection requirements and techniques. 2. Able to carry out welding inspection and painting/coating inspection. 3. Knowledge in welding technology and various NDT methods. 4. Knowledge of petrochemicals business. Qualifications: 1. Educational background: -Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science or related subject. 2. Work experience: -Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the oil, gas or petrochemical plants with at least 3 years in plant inspection. 3. Language proficiency: -Have ability to use English as the working language. 4. PC skills: -Proficient in PC skills.
