Communicate with Finance, Administration and the work attendance recorder of each department for internal relationship; and the organization such as consultant firms, social insurance bureau, bank, tax bureau and insurance agencies for external relationship -- 协助薪酬福利主管实施薪酬福利制度，跟踪先进的管理模式，负责赛科相关薪酬市场的调查和跟踪，提供薪酬福利方面的建议 Assist C supervisor to implement the C system, follow up the advanced management measures, be responsible for the C market survey and follow up, give advice on the C function -- 执行赛科的薪酬福利体系工作 Implement SECCO C system -- 及时更新薪酬福利方面的基础数据，并做好统计分析 Update the basic data of the C system, and do the statistic and analysis -- 为公司内部提供薪酬福利方面的服务和解答疑问 Provide internal service&consultation on C function within the company -- 根据每年的社会保险情况以及公司业务的发展，改进赛科补充养老保险制度 Improve SECCO supplementary endowment insurance system, based on annual social insurance status and company development 经验/技能要求 EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT -- 教育背景：本科以上学历，国家认可的经济师/人力资源师任职资格，掌握人力资源、心理学、会计学、管理学等知识 Education background: Bachelor degree and above. Hold Economist or Human Resource certification issued by the state, master in psychological, Human Resource, accounting and management knowledge -- 相关工作经验：5年以上石油化工行业经验或合资企业管理经验 Relevant experience: Above 5 years experience in petrochemical or JV company -- 熟练使用计算机，优秀的英语能力 With good PC skill, excellent English skill -- 良好的沟通能力 Good communication skill 联系方式： .
