Lead regional SIOP process implementation for HTT, FM&CPG, including proper SIOP pack preparation; regular AP SIOP meeting facilitating; Follow up action plans of performance gap in terms of metrics (OTTR, INVENTORY, DOS, etc) Develop&Lead new metrics/process implementation related to SIOP Liaise Global SIOP team for compliance Work with site SCM leader on site SIOP process implementation Lead regular inventory meeting to perform a structure inventory control process in regional Develop fact base TS Asia inventory AOP and strategy, that features continuous improvement from SCM perspective, with compliance overall target of business Work with sites to ensure inventory value&turns achieve AOP from regional perspective Provide necessary training&supporting to relevant parties on process improvement in terms of SIOP and Inventory Control Qualifications Bachelor degree.
