Clearly master fiber optical cable manufacture technology and quality test items. 2. Completely understand product, manufacturing process and related standards. 3. Be responsible for dealing with daily process quality and capacity issues. 4. Monitor daily manufacturing process and record data for engineering analysis. 5. Take charge of making, maintaining and upgrading manufacturing process. 6. Implement new product leading in, new production line / equipment prove-in, process experiment and issue temporary process changes projects. 7. Support on LEAN manufacturing promotion and cost-down program execution. 8. Train Maintenance Engineer, Technician, Production Supervisor and operators for their skills improvement. 9. Be in charge of equipment stability and efficiency in relative manufacturing process. Repair / recover equipment if necessary. 10. Support system (ISO9000, TL9000, EH , and etc.) compliance as inter-dept coordinator if required. 11. Maintain BOM and reduce the cost of products. 12. Support operative skill training and certification system. 13. Implement other projects / programs assigned by Supervisor / Manager. Qualifications&Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, automation, or chemical engineering. 2. Minimum 2 years engineering working experience in manufacturing plant. 3. Good experience about equipment maintenance&repairing. 4. Strong technical mastery, familiar with statistical process control methods. 5. Good on-site trouble-shooting skills. 6. Familiar with ISO 9000 quality management standard. 7. Good teamwork spirit 8. Good English in writing and speaking. 9. Good PC skills. 10. (If mechanical background) Good at mechanical equipment structure design Familiar to mechanical components machining Good at auto-CAD (If Electric background) PLC&Driver application and software designing Familiar to automation control system integration (If chemical plastics engineering background) Extrusion die design Familiar to HDPE&PP character and applicant 联系方式： .
