职位类别： 质控/安检 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-06-09 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Job Title: Quality Manager, Machines Report to: General Manager, Machines Asia Pacific Department: Machines Business: Husky Shanghai Position Profile: The position is responsible for the administration and continual improvement of the company"s quality management system for Husky Machines Manufacturing, interface with supply chain function, control internal production quality and deal with customers on quality issues. Responsibilities: Works with Manufacturing to assure Manufacturing Control Plan balances feed forward, concurrent and feedback systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in assuring quality Coordinates orientation, education and training of all business unit team members in ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS) related processes including strategic and tactical quality system planning Provides leadership and contributes to overall success of business, including strategic planning and reporting of quality results Leads and provides direction to the business units Quality team, while focusing on team and people development. Implements, maintains and monitors effectiveness of QMS, and drives continual improvement activities Reviews customer complaints, coordinates and verifies containment, root cause analysis and ensures permanent corrective and preventive action is implemented Assists Procurement in evaluating suppliers through periodic assessment audits of their systems and facilities Facilitates "Best Practice" reviews and cross-functional sharing by hosting Quality Summits and Quality Performance Excellence (QPE) reviews Responsible for mentoring and development of team members You bring these skills and experience to the position: Strong facilitation, leadership and motivational skills. Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) and training delivery skills. Has wide knowledge in Machining, Casting, and Hydraulic etc.; familiar with customerized operation mode. Minimum five years Quality Engineer or three years Quality Team Leader experience or equivalent Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean experience, Professional Engineering designation are preferred.
