To manage the team members and coordinate with members from other teams and departments plus the stakeholders to execute the processes and deliver the artifacts and deliverables as defined in the Software Development Life Cycle. To effectively utilize the team"s resources and expertise to support and achieve the Department and Section"s objectives. To be the leader of the team working together to support the effective and smooth rollout of software to meet quality measurements, system performance requirements and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Working Experiences Required: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Master degree preferred; Minimum 10 years in managing role of banking application development, with Wealth Management or Investment Banking sector experience is preferred. Good Communication and managing skill. Effectively mastering of leadership skills, domain and technical knowledge. Willing to travel. Mature.
