Review original vouchers and routine accounting work(G/L, A/R,A/P, Inventory, etc) to sure any payment comply with management purpose and be sure inner accounting rule accord with specific laws and regulations 2. Manage company chart of account 3. Keep accuracy of all accounts of B/S and P/L and reconcile the accounts 4. Define accruals and provisions for required accounts 5. Tax management and reconciliation with financial statement 6. Monitor ordinary cash flow and manage FX risk and cash risk 7. Monitor periodical financial statements monthly, half year and year end in PRC rule 8. Control payment and receivable terms and conditions 9. Keep good relationship with external organizations 10. Manager all external reporting auditor, tax offices, and related bureaus. 资质、能力要求: 1. University degree in Accounting/Finance. 2. Minimum five years experience in financial management, preferably in MNC 3. Expert knowledge of financial principles and ability to apply in a business setting. 4. Extensive experience within a corporate financial function (e.g. Financial Planning and analysis, Treasury Management, internal control, Tax Counsel, etc.). 5. Ability to make decisions and take initiative in the absence of perfect information. 6. Ability to build trust and gain support of personnel across organization. 7. Ability to monitor and manage the performance and development of finance staff. 8. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 9.
