职位类别: 销售 工作地点: 上海 发布日期: 2008-06-18 工作经验: 1-3年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 否 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 若干 职位描述/要求: 所属部门: 工业油/车用油/特种油与矿山油 上级: 销售经理 地址: 上海 主要责任: 1. 负责公司销售合同和其它业务文件的管理、分类、处理、建档和保存。 2. 编制每个销售任务完成情况的月度、季度和年度统计报告。 3. 收集、整理、和总结新产品、替代品、客户等的报价和信息资料,提供分析报告,为部门人员和主管的决策提供参考。 4. 帮助销售部门接待客户和来电,转达客户的情况,在未完成销售时给予适当处理。 5. 负责记录客户的投诉,并支持相关部门进行处理。 6. 支持销售经理在部门内的行政管理以及做好本部门的会议记录。 7. 处理和保存电脑的营销资料,并进行保密。 8. 负责随机检查销售人员的出席状况。 9. 负责销售报告和报告表格的分类存档。 10. 负责月度销售任务完成情况的统计。 11. 完成销售经理临时指定的其它任务。 12. 为所有特种润滑油销售人员准备月度时间安排表,为产品/市场经理做好日常工作的安排。 13. 根据相关特种润滑油资料文件(PI’s,和 MSDS等)负责更新PM Master List 14. 负责处理特种润滑油上海办公室人员的出差飞行安排。 15. 负责准备特种润滑油部门在上海的会议安排。 16. 通过同销售人员及其它部门的团队合作为特种润滑油工作人员的演讲或培训制作PPT文件。 17. 在物流给上海以外的客户供货方面给予支持。 18. 日常秘书工作。 资质: 1. 学士学位。 2. 相关领域具有2年以上经验的优先。 3. 具有良好的汉语和英语口语交流能力和书面交流能力(也能进行会议翻译)。 4. 具有技术、化学或机械背景的优先。 5. 认真负责、善于学习、富有创造性和积极主动。 6. 具有良好的交际能力和协调能力。 7. 熟练操作电脑,特别是 Excel,Word,Adobe Acrobat , 最好懂Adobe Photoshop知识。 Department: IND Oil/AUTO Oil/Lubritech&Mining Oil Report to: Sales Manager Location: SH/YK/HF Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for company’s sales contract and other business files’ management, sorting, settlement, archive-establishing and preservation. 2. Make monthly, quarterly and yearly Stat. report of every sales target. 3. Collect, sort and conclude market quotation, information data like new products, substitutes, customers and etc. Provide analysis reports for department personnel and supervisors’ reference in making decision. 4. Support sales to receive customers and incoming calls; transfer customers’ information and make appropriate settlement when sales are absent. 5. Responsible for recording customers’ complaints, support related departments to deal with them. 6. Support sales manager to make good administration inside department, take meeting minutes inside sales department. 7. Deal with marketing data by computer system, preserve data inside computer and keep highly confidential. 8. Responsible for random inspection of sales’ attendance. 9. Responsible for classified archiving of sales’ reports and report forms. 10. Responsible for statistics of sales monthly tasks’ completion. 11. Accomplish other tasks assigned by sales manager temporarily. 12. Preparing the monthly time schedule for all Lubritech Salespeople and Product/Marketmanager on a daily basis 13. Responsible for updating the PM Master List concerning all Lubritech documents; PI’s, MSDS, etc. 14. Responsible for handling flight enquiries of the Lubritech Shanghai office staff and handling all the application forms 15. Responsible for prepairing Lubritech meetings in Shanghai 16. Producing powerpoint presentations for speeches of Lubritech staff in teamwork with salespeople or PM’s/MM’s 17. Supporting the logistic in supplying products to customers out of Shanghai 18. Common secretary work Qualification: 1. Bachelor Degree 2. Above 2 years related working experience is preferred 3. Excellent Chinese&English in written and spoken (also for meeting translation) 4. Technical, chemical or mechanical background or experience is preferred 5. Responsible, willing to learn, creative and proactive 6.
