Strong software development skills, with 4+ years experience in building large-scale J2EE-based applications. 2. Strong overall systems orientation with computer science based understanding of performance, concurrency, scaling and extensibility 3. Strong analytical and technical skills and demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex problems. 4. Skilled in Application Servers (Weblogic, JBoss, and IAS etc.) 5. Skilled in SQL Server, Oracle (db design, SQL, store procedure); Knowledge on MS OLAP service, reporting service experience is a big plus. 6. Good understanding of OOAD, SOA, WS, and AOP etc. 7. Skilled in Architecture Design, familiar with Architecture patterns. 8. A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 8 years software design experiences. 9.
