Demonstrate strong knowledge of analytical skills, in regards to statistics needed for problem solving and other quality metrics and tools (SPC, AQL, 8D, Failure Analysis, Reliability concepts, etc.) 2. Multi-tasking skills required, especially while dealing with several customer issues or supplier issues. Must be able to maintain day-to day responsibilities while addressing “critical” quality issues. 3. Must be able to work and communicate with all levels of management, engineering groups, marketing, sales, external manufacturing suppliers (Wafer foundry, Assembly and Final Test) as necessary as well as communicating and presenting material to customers(Internal or external). 4. Establish and maintain quality metrics to evaluate sub-con quality performance. 5. Strong knowledge of IC manufacturing process flows and familiarity with Wafer foundry, Assembly and Final Test Processes, SMT and PCBA test - a plus. Qualification: 1. To ensure adequate support to our M/S and customers in areas of product quality, RMA and failure analysis requests. 2. Work with Regional Customer Quality Engineering, Product Engineering, Sub-con Management Team, Field Application Engineering, and Failure Analysis to ensure efficient and accurate information is provided. 3. Prepare regular status reports which include weekly activity reports, input for Monthly Operations Reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews as well as data required to monitor quality performance (focus on customer side) 4.
