职位类别： 工程机械 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-06-11 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 大专 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： 职责说明： 负责制定公司设备的维修保养计划，并保证这些计划的实施; 掌握设备的正常运行和日常维修，组织实施维修工作，检查维修质量，保证满足生产的要求; 制定设备维修所需备品、备件计划，控制备品备件库存和维修成本; 负责班组建设和管理，采取改进措施，提高 工作效率; 负责制定和实施下属员工的培训计划，着重加强服务意识、技术水平等方面的培训; 安排、指导和监督下属员工的工作，制定和实施下属员工的绩效考核和评估; 完成上级交办的其它工作事项。 Job Description: Responsible for establishing maintenance plans for the equipment of company and also ensuring the implementation of these plans; Good command of normal operation and routine maintenance of equipment, organize to perform maintenance and inspect maintenance quality to meet requirement of production; Establish the plans for indispensable spare items and parts in maintenance of equipment and control stock of spares and maintenance cost; Responsible for building up a maintenance team and management and can adopt proper improvement measures to increase work efficiency; Responsible for establishing and executing training program for subordinate employees and pay more attention to the training in terms of service and technical know-how; Arrange, instruct and supervise the work of subordinate employees and also establish and implement performance review and assessment for subordinate employees; Accomplish other assignments. 要求： 大专以上学历，机械或机电一体化等相关专业毕业；丰富的数控机床设备维修经验，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力；从事机械设备维修管理工作3年以上，良好的沟通能力和服务意识，具备较强的组织协调和管理能力; 能吃苦耐劳, 适应加班; 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，电脑操作熟练。 Requirement: Above College degree, majoring in mechanical, electrical or related major; Rich experience in maintenance of CNC machine and strong analytical and practical ability; At least 3 years in maintenance management of mechanical equipment, excellent communication skills and service concept, strong coordination and management skills; Able to bear hardship and suit to work overtime; Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and good PC skills. 联系方式： 应聘者请将身份证复印件、有关证件、近照及简历寄至上海莘庄工业区申富路369号(邮编：201108)摩根轧机(上海)有限公司人事部,谢绝来访,应聘资料恕不退还。 E-mail: MorganRecruit@morgan-sh.com Interested applicants, please send the copy of your ID card, relevant certificates, your pictures and resume to HR Department.
