Lead finance team operation directors to achieve business target of sales, pricing,credit,cost control and policy compliance; 2. Provide management report in time&accurately; 3. Develop finance talent&establish finance procedures; 4. Support IT system implementation&other ad-hoc projects. Job Requirement 1. Bachelor degree in finance/accounting with professional qualification CPA preferred (China or International) is preferred; 2. High proficiency in US&China finance policy&practice; 3. Familiar with of MNC requirement on budget management, internal control; 4. Able to work under pressure/time constraint and work independently; 5. Be aggressive with good communication and interpersonal skills; 6.
