Four years operation management experience in Express/Logistics Industry. Good change management ; strong problem solving skill. Integrity. Willing to work under pressure Main Responsibilities: To accurately perform the POD function, so as to ensure all consignments are routed to the correct destinations, all details are inputted and Sectors Departed in accordance with group policy, and that all track and trace updates have the correct status codes applied. To produce routing label and affix to parcel or document, effect check weigh procedure for every item labelled, scan ALL documents into Motherbags/Document Boxes in accordance with current bagging guide and seal all document bags ready for loading into units/cages as per current company procedures. To log in all undeliverable shipments in a register, and to investigate and action all "problem" freight. To batch all consignment notes in line with current batch procedures, and to ensure that all BDC reports are pulled and actioned daily. To ensure that all export shipments are invoiced. To ensure Depot Control Sheet is completed accurately and on time in line with current company policy. To process all documentation in accordance with company procedures, and to update and maintain all company reports and records as required. To debrief PUD drivers on return and action export documentation checks and confirm all collections have been effected on the system.
