职位类别： 财会/审计/统计 工作地点： 深圳 发布日期： 2008-06-13 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Responsibilites: 1.To take charge of the Cost (Overhead) Control activities 2.To actively drive Cost Reduction Process to help achieving company targets. 3.Monthly review of the different cost centre performance (Actual vs Budget and Forecast) 4.Coordination of budgeting and forecasting in respect of the above mentioned cost centre 5.Meeting with the different Head of Departments / Cross Functional / Cost Owners 6.Discuss deviation 7.Define Action Plan 8.Drive / track action item progress 9.Presentation in front of Management Team 10.To perform ad hoc analysis on specific task / issues 11.To take up projects as required by Management. 12.Preparation of the planning, forecast and monthly reporting for the whole Business Unit; 13.Preparations of the Actual consolidated financial statements for the Business Unit; 14.Prepare variance analysis and comments to reported numbers; 15.Regularly perform analysis, profitability calculations for investments or special projects; 16.Further development of the reporting system in order to develop an informative reporting system for the whole Business Unit; 17.Further development of the operational-and strategic-planning. Requirements: 1.Graduates or Qualified Accountants 2.At least 5 years related experience in which has 3 years experience preferably mostly in manufacturing accounting 3.Good presentation skill and good skill of communication 4.Able to drive results and stand to pressure 5.High ethical standard 6.Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team with colleague of various other departments and countries. 7.Should have experience from financial consolidation from an international company; 8.Very dedicated to his/her work and are actively tasks which he/she are responsible for; 9.Takes initiatives on his/her own and performs "ad hoc" analysis on specific issues or topics; Please send your resume to: queen.cai@cn.flextronics.com 联系方式： .
