Supervises the management and the inventory control of product, prevent damage, stock disappearance; maintain physical&data inventory accuracy. / 安排定期盘点，调整盘盈盘亏、保证库存准确率。 5. Coordinates with internal departments to consistently improve the overall company performance service levels / 与内部其他部门紧密协作不多完善工作流程 6. Warehouse documentation management, include classification, filing etc. / 库房文件，设备，系统管理 7. Assist Material Manager to implement the managerial process in warehouse operation, achieve set target. Continuous improvement management in designated warehouse area, include 5S, BPS, Lean Production management etc. / 协助物料经理设计，贯彻库房操作流程，完成目标。不断完善工作流程，譬如 5S ，博世生产系统，精益生产管理 8. Other tasks management team assigned. / 其他相应管理工作 Customer Service 客户服务代表 Requirements ： 1. 1 to 3 years working experience in customer service at industrial plant./1 至 3 年工业企业的客户服务经验。 2. With good knowledge in order processing/ 拥有良好的订单处理知识。 3. Good communication and problem solving capability/ 拥有良好的沟通和解决问题的能力。 4. Team work oriented/ 拥有团队合作精神。 5. University graduated/ 大学本科毕业。 6. Fluent English in written and oral/ 流利的英语听、说、读、写能力。 7. Mechanical background is a plus/ 机械工业背景优先考虑。 Job Descriptions: 1. Receiving orders from intercompany sales offices or assigned customers./ 接收关联公司销售人员或指定客户的销售订单，并完成订单的前期处理。 2. Work with material planner and production planner to a knowledge the new sales orders or changes./ 与物料计划员和生产计划员协作，完成销售订单的确认或更改。 3. Follow up the whole orders till shipment./ 跟踪销售订单的生产及完成情况。 4. To be as intercompany sales / customers contact interface and coordinate with all internal departments to make the business going smoothly./ 作为关联公司销售人员及指定客户的接洽窗口，协调厂内各部门，保障销售业务的顺利进行。 Import&Export Clerk 进出口文员 Requirements: 1. Mechanical or technical school grauduated/ 机械专科毕业 2. 2 years experience in Domestic&International Transportation/2 年国内和国际运输的经验 3. Good experience managing freight forwarders and carriers/ 有良好的的运输代理和承运商的管理经验 4. Good communication, interpersonal skills, and can work independently under high pressure / 良好的沟通和人际关系技巧 , 并能承受高强度的工作压力 5. Basic SAP knowledge(Optional) / 有 SAP 经验者优先 Job Descriptions: 1. At least 3 years of hands-on related working experience /3 年以上相关工作经验 2. Import&Export and Transportation expertise - to be well versed with relevant laws/rules and requirements, trade compliance methodologies, customs HTS classification, valuation. Strong understanding of International&domestics air, ocean and ground freight/ 进出口和运输技能 精通相关的法律法规、贸易条款、海关税则分类、估价。较强的国际、国内空海运和地面运输的知识。 3. Qualification Cert. of customs declaration ( 海关报关员资格证书 ) is preferred/ 有海关报关员资格证书的优先 13.
