The Applicant must : work independently, with the responsibility for solving customer problem cases and report according to Technical Support processes, share knowledge within the Radio Commander Product Support group and towards GCC and CIT, by delivering input to the common knowledge database, participate within emergency (24/7) duty - one week out of every 6 weeks, provide trouble shooting manuals, Service Information, etc., when deemed necessary, prioritize work based on customer impact and provide on-site expertise at customer site when required, proactively ensure that the Customer"s RC platform is in a good working state (preventive services), provide Customer Acceptance Test Manual and participate in Customer Demonstrations/Trials delivering high level technical expertise. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Physics or similar). Base skills: Good Knowledge of Telecommunication Technologies (GSM, UMTS, IP); management Protocols (SNMP, Q3, Corba) Knowledge about NE interfaces and management protocols: ATM, Q3, SNMP, Corba, X.25, X.11.
