The factory manufactures gas heaters for export. Metal sheets are stamped in the factory and components are purchased from suppliers.it also manufacture other products for export,components are purchased from suppliers and are assembled and packaged in the factory. 佛山伊欧亚斯德加热照明有限公司是一家在佛山里水镇拥有工厂的法国公司 . 工厂生产产品以供出口之用 . 部件从供应商处采购，再在工厂组装！ The Factory Supervisor is responsible for: 工厂主管负责以下工作： Supervise the Production department and live management 监督生产部门和现场管理 Train workers on how to operate machines and tools 训练工人怎样操作机械和工具 Check with the warehouse supervisor,make sure the materials,components and tools are available for production or package. 与仓管员核对，确保生产和包装所需的材料，零件和工具都已到位 Make sure the workers have all the documents they need on the workstations before start the work (part drawing, part data sheet, assembly datasheet) 确保工人在开始工作之前有所有的文件（文件图纸，零件数据表，组装数据表） Make sure the boxes used for production are all properly labeled (part name, part number, quantity, date and QC stamp) 确保生产用的盒子都被合适地贴上标签（零件名，零件号，数量，日期和质检章） Make sure the GOOD and BAD parts are separated. Put the BAD parts in red boxes 确保好的和不合格的零件被分开，放不合格的零件在红色箱子里 Prepare daily reports about the production (quantity produced, rejected quantity…) 准备日常生产报告（生产数量，拒收数量） Make sure the workers have the proper tools for their work (production tool, control tools…) 确保工人有工作的适当工具（生产工具，控制工具） Make sure the security rules and fire fighting regulation are followed by the workers 确保工人遵守安全条例 管理工厂工人 1. 坚持每天管理工厂工人的原则 2. 决定每个工人的工作岗位并保证工作合适地完成 3. 负责雇佣工人 Manage Factory Workers 1.Manage the workers’ work on a daily basis 2. Decide which worker does what and make sure the job is done properly . 3.Responsible to hire the workers 更新部件，半成品 , 成品及工具的数量 每天使用 EXCEL （英文）更新零件数量数据库， 每天向生产经理呈上报告。 在《生产工具管理一览表》上登记生产部的工具。 如缺乏部件，半成品 , 成品及工具 , 需及时填写《采购申请表》，汇报生产经理。 Update the quantity of components, sub finished parts ， complete products and tools 1. Use Excel (in English) to update the quantities every day 2. Give a report to Asytec Manufacturing Manager every day 3. Registers the tools of production department in " Tool Management Form" . 4.
